Size Guide
Using Our Size Guide
Vinaz lists garment measurements for each product so that you can choose the correct size. We measure each item by laying it flat and taking measurements across key points. Because Pakistani designer sizing varies between brands, the exact measurements shown on each product page should be your main reference.
Body Measurements vs Garment Measurements
Body measurements refer to the dimensions of your body, while garment measurements refer to the dimensions of the clothing item. A garment needs extra ease to allow for comfort and movement. When comparing your body measurements to our garment measurements, allow a few centimetres of ease depending on your preferred fit.
Designer Differences
Pakistani designers may use different sizing standards. A medium in one collection may differ from a medium in another. Always refer to the specific measurements provided on the product page.
Using Our Size Guide
To find your best fit, compare the measurements on our product pages with a similar garment you already own. Lay your garment flat on a table and measure as follows:
- Bust: Measure across the front of the garment from underarm to underarm, then double that measurement.
- Waist: Measure across the narrowest part of the garment’s waist and double it.
- Hip: Measure across the widest part of the hips and double it.
- Shoulder: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
- Shirt length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Trouser waist: Measure across the waistband of trousers and double it.
- Trouser length: Measure from the waistband to the hem.
Dupatta length & width: Measure the length and width of the dupatta along the edges.
