Your Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish and EU distance-selling rules, you normally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive or collect your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, complete and submit the withdrawal form on this page within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Please provide:
- Your name and contact details
- Order number
- The product or products you wish to return
- The date you received the order
After submitting the form, we will provide you with the information needed to return the item.
Returning the product
You must return the product without unnecessary delay after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
The product should be returned in suitable packaging. You may inspect and try on the garment in the same way you would in a physical shop, but it should not be used beyond what is necessary to determine its fit, characteristics and condition.
Please ensure that:
- The garment is clean and has not been worn for an extended period
- All original labels and tags remain attached where possible
- The item is free from perfume, makeup, stains, damage or other signs of use
- Any included accessories or packaging are returned with the product
You may be responsible for a reduction in the product’s value if it has been handled more than necessary.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal has been approved, we will refund the payment received for the returned product, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.
