Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Your order is an offer to purchase a product. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before a contract is formed, for example if the product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Mollie and Revolut. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment method will be charged when your order is accepted.
Delivery
We deliver within Sweden and to selected European Union countries. Delivery options, estimated delivery times and costs are provided during checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, we will provide tracking information. You are responsible for providing correct delivery details; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Limited‑Stock Products
Many of our products are limited‑stock or one‑off pieces. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. We cannot guarantee future availability of any product.

Products
Vinaz sells authentic Pakistani designer garments and accessories in limited quantities. Each product description on our website contains information about the designer, fabric, measurements and condition. While we strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate, slight variations in colour or detailing may occur.
Prices
All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable taxes where required by law. Delivery charges will be added during checkout. Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product Availability
Due to the limited nature of our collections, many items are available in only one size or one piece. If an item you ordered is no longer available after checkout, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must inform us within this period at hello@vinaz.se. After notifying us, you normally have 14 days to return the item. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded where legally required; additional express or premium delivery costs may not be refunded. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or you provide proof of return.
Defective Products and Complaints
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@vinaz.se as soon as possible. Swedish consumers generally have the right to complain about an original defect for up to three years. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. For unresolved disputes, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) for alternative dispute resolution.
Product Images and Colour Representation
We strive to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting conditions can affect how colours appear. Minor colour variations between the product and its online depiction do not necessarily constitute a defect.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Vinaz and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@vinaz.se and we will seek to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring the dispute to ARN for alternative dispute resolution. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
